Fantastic fun!
This will grow new neural networks as it challenges your brain. Easy to follow illustrated directions. Must look closely with an eagle eye or you will not choose the correct matching pieces. Details are important. Nice end product but the process is where it is at. Colored pieces are a challenge to snap in place but you can figure it out.

Turbo Jam terrific!
All of the Chalene Johnson Turbo workout programs are highly motivating and fun to do. She is energetic, encouraging and the routines are broken down so anyone can learn the exercises and complete the workout. There is one person in the exercise video demonstrating how to do modified moves if you are just beginning to exercise. Chalene begins with a warm up and a cool down so there is minimal muscle soreness and muscle injury.

Home healing
I need the Remington paraffin wax spa at home to rehab a broken wrist on the days I am not in physical therapy. This model allows me to set the timer and have the wax melted and ready for me when I want to use it first thing in the morning. It is like a coffee machine timer. I appreciate the heating element being not on until 90 minutes before use, the time it takes to melt the wax. The heated mitts included also have a massage setting and is an additional bonus. Works great! Everything was included, bags and wax. Happy healing at home.
