I have been a collector for most of my life, especially in retirement. My largest collection is Hot Wheels with over 5,800 carded cars. The next is Garrett snuff bottles. Why Garrett snuff bottles? My dad 'dipped' powdered snuff since he was 9 years old and did so until he died at 75 years old. While collecting them long after his death I noticed that there were many differences in my bottle collection, which spurred me to find out more. I found out that no one has ever researched them and there are no books that tell the complete story about the bottles. I intend to find out. Currenty I have 156 different bottles, even though to the average person they look all the same.
This brings us to Ebay sales. I am selling to make people happy in what I found to help them in their own collections, hopefully in competitive prices. I do research everything I intend to sell and try to bring a story about them, if I can find out information on each item. Happy hunting!

    Great communication! Seller sent me messages letting me know about shipping and left a kind, handwritten message in the package. Shipping was fast and the dish was carefully wrapped with many layers of padding with additional packing peanuts. Compote dish was in excellent vintage condition as described.
