Zero Chance
The original Oakley Zero range dates back to the days of mad invention and never mind the cost, which can only be achieved when one mad scientist is running things. While not as costly or dangerous to produce as the fabled X Metal line the premise was - make glasses that weigh less than nothing - and thus the Sub Zero line was born followed by Zero. Now of course while these glasses were not the price of the X Metals they are now very rare because as with all plastics they get brittle and break , not helped by the fact the lens forms part of the structure. This means they have developed their own collecting fan club and prices are now not far behind other vintage lines by Oakley. People wanting to collect can be put off by the range and diversity , but a little digging and joining one of the Oakley online forums soon sorts this out and can lead to an expensive obsession. The Zero 2 and 2P lie somewhere in the middle of the timeline and can be over shadowed by the more outrages 3 and 3P but when they come up they should be bought as a year or more can pass before you see another . Happy obsessive collecting.
