We wouldn't use anything else.
This is the third I have bought and that isn't a bad thing. My water is very difficult and the machine works 24 / 7 for many years very hard. The water here damages the core which is a shame but it is many times cheaper and much much easier to replace this machine leaving the existing plumbing in place than thousands of pound of normal domestic boiler.
