Flyhawk Royal Navy Aircraft II - Seaplanes
If you like building 1/700 scale waterline ship models, this kit is a great compliment to your collection. Seaplanes were so important to sea rescues of downed pilots from aircraft carriers in the Pacific and were vital for air cover against U-Boats for the protection of convoys in the Atlantic, and thus were very much a part of Naval battles and were key in ensuring transportation of troops and supplies for ships reaching their destinations safely. Give this kit a try. You’ll enjoy the detailed challenge of the kit, and help build a important compliment to your waterline ships. Flyhawk also has a Royal Navy Seaplane Dockside Base, which these planes will help to supply more planes to that base for more model activity. Great fun!
