  Excellent customer service. First, I had a question about the item on a Saturday evening and within 50 minutes he had answered me. Second, I ordered it that (Sat) evening and even though the following Monday was a national holiday, he shipped it that morning. Third, it came to me in an anti-static sleeve the following Saturday which was as promised. Fourth, I have now installed the two 16 GB memory sticks in my Dell Latitude 5400 laptop and they are working. Great value. Great seller.

  Seller was extremely rude, refused to provide a tracking number, and then when asking for one provided an insulting message hidden as a fake tracking number, and finally threatened to come to my shipping address and injure me when I requested a refund after it hadn't arrived two days after its last expected date. Please kick this guy off of here and never consider buying from them.

  Has a very small scratch on the bottom. Easily fixable with some scratch filler. It, seller let me know about it. He shipped on Thursday and it just arrived on Saturday morning. Amazing!!! This is a 5 star seller and I will be watching his items in the future.
