Great support cushion
I use this cushion in the car and it is particularly useful on long journeys as I don't get the stiff feeling when getting out of the car. For me it helps with circulation as some car seats can be quite hard. I have not had any other experience with this cushion but based on using in a car would think it a good choice for sitting on chair/wheelchair for a length of time.
