"Used: An item that has been used previously. The item may have some signs of cosmetic wear, but is fully operational and functions as intended."
It was WAY more than cosmetic wear, and it was not fully operational. The lighthouse dome was completely cracked, with pieces missing, and light separated & unworking. I expect some repair work on a used item, but this was beyond that. AND the price did not reflect a piece in this condition.
