I understand that mistakes do happen so I gave the seller an opportunity to resolve it. I contacted the seller and they said they would ship the correct item right away. Seller provided NO further communication after that. Multiple emails checking on the status of the game the seller was supposed to ship went unanswered. I had to file a return with eBay to get my money back.

As you can plainly see in my photo, they used a pic of a B&K DynaJet 707 to sell a much less valuable B&K 500 and then after I had purchased the item and realized their deception, they rejected my offer to cancel the sale and resolve this the easy and friendly way by simply refunding my money 🤦♂️ I've been waiting two weeks for my refund...nothing!! Apparently I'm being forced to move on to the next step by contacting and filing a complaint with eBay.
