broken cord

love the computer but 2 weeks after using it The charging cord wires snapped. Very small wires. Can not get new cord.

not quite firm enough

The pillow was good the first 3 nights and then wouldn't stay under my head and stuffing would bunch up. Kept me cool at first which I need for hot flashes. Maybe the firmer pilllow would be better. But I need a pillow that isn't so high under my head. Nice pillow just not working for me
