Get Bread Illustrated and become the baker you always wanted to be.
America's Test Kitchen is known for giving us recipes that have been tested over and over to create the best version of any dish. They do that in Bread Illustrated. Jury is still out
Just bought the food on the advice of my veterinarian. I sprinkle it over their seed - they don’t mind it and still eat the seed. I keep it in the fridge, heard stories of it going stale because the top does t reseal well. Got it because one of my Quaker's cholesterol is through the roof. Fingers crossed it helps.
