Gentle flow
This is a wonderful video if you are entering the yoga world. I have found it is a very gentle but productive way to start my day. The poses are easy enough to do but can be done at a level that can challenge. I would certainly recommend this video.

A little much
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich The chanting was a little more than I was planning on. There are some good parts to this video. I did feel at peace and appreciate my life a little more after practicing with this video. I feel this is a video that I may do once a month but certainly not daily. Overall, it has a purpose that I think can be helpful but it is not my favorite video.

I would not have titled it a yoga video
This is more of an exercise video with yoga terms. I purchased it because I was looking for a yoga workout that made me work and sweat with difficult poses or holding a pose for a long period. This is a video that I will probably give away or it will live in the drawer. I don't usually write a negative review because I know people work hard on these things. I just want to make sure that if someone is looking for a yoga video they are not mislead. I feel a different purchase would be better. :(
