Making Sauerkraut Just Got Easier!

These are great. Certainly makes Sauerkraut easier to manage. I put them in and only need to monitor the level of the brine to make sure it doesn't overflow. Planning on ordering more for sure.

Cool Plant - but a bit small

A cool plant but ended up quite a bit smaller than was advertised. I am sure it grow but will likely take 2-4 months to reach the size that was shown in the photo. I have it growing in my greenhouse so it should take off, but it seems a little small for shipment to an average gardener without facilities to accommodate very young plants.
