Quality knives two fer
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich Black washed, all steel designs. No nonsense styling and handsome. Organic looking, not unlike one might find in the uniform pockets of the Nostromos crew in Alien.
The black washing is very good and seems tough.
The smaller knife has pronounced jimping, the larger has pretty much ineffectual jimping. No hot spots on either knife when gorilla gripping. The larger one is rather slick, the smaller offers good grip due to raised surfaces on the grip.
Fit is good, finish a little sloppy, but for 10$ a knife? These are well worth it.

Rough n ready
Very nicely built medium duty folder. A quality piece. This is my second ever Rough Rider piece, the other being a three bladed folder bought a year ago for a gift to a nephew.
This folder is 5.1 oz on my scale. The blade is 440 stainless which takes a keen edge.
It came sharp, but I stropped mine out of the box, and it's a shaving sharp edge. The handles resemble bone, with yellow and brown and and deep red hues.
The cutting edge is 3 9/16. No looseness in the blade pivot. Locks up tight. Thin in the pocket at .5 thick. And it does come with a medium quality black nylon belt sheath, set up for vert or horizontal carry.
Overall it has an old west flair. And being a lover of the Buck 110, I not see where the Buck is actually any better of a product at three times the price. EDC or back pack/get a way knife, this should fit the need.

Kyre on fire
It comes in a nice black cardstock box with clear window, a care one page pamphlet, and a cleaning cloth. Very cool.
It has milled g10 scales which give a nice look and feel to the grip. Purchase is excellent without being grabbing.
The blade is almost 3.5 inches and of vg10 steel. Weight comes in at 4.1 oz.
The blade has a nice line of jimping on the back of the blade, eighteen little slots milled out for a length of usable gripping arrea.
Tip up, left or right handed pocket clip. Hardened screws throughout, so no gimped attachments when taking the knife apart. Excellent touch with that.
The blade has nice thickness down to the tip...it should be very durable and yet have piercing properties. About Tenacious size, but leaner in all the right places.
