13th Warrior

Both my husband & I really enjoyed watching this film on tv, and especially appreciated their effort to create a feel of historical and cultural accuracy. Revisionist history is all too common in films set in historic times and ruins them, in our opinion. Plus the actual story itself is fascinating. What shame that it didn't do well in the theaters. After watching the film, I went out to find both the dvd and the original book, which is also a fun read. The screenplay was an enjoyable mix of drama, humor and historical accuracy... with a fine cast of talented actors. I heartily recommend this dvd - and the book, "Eaters of the Dead" to anyone who finds interest in history and the various cultures of the past.

useless without a working remote...

typical POS remote control... hard to open battery cover, why can't they just use rechargeable internal battery with usb port? manual control buttons on top DOES NOT include a simple play button... you can put in the DVD but then can't play the dang thing without the remote... WTF?!? lose or break the remote and the whole unit is useless

waste of money

I expected a medical pillow to be made so that it provides gentle support for the head and neck... but this is so overstuffed and stiff that my neck was forced into a position that was uncomfortable and caused neck and shoulder pain
