  Great communication from start to finish, including photos of the (more than ample) packaging which put my mind at ease. I have sold many guitars and effects pedals over the years and these personal touches make a difference to the whole buying experience. The guitar is stunning, exactly as described, really well set up, and the mods (shielding/compensated saddles) work perfectly. Richard is a top seller and I would buy from him again without hesitation.
