  Item as described. Locomotive has all details and functions in tact (except for smoke fluid, but have no intention of using it). Quick shipping. The item was held at the post office for seemingly no reason, seller did everything in his power to help sort out the issue and I eventually had to go pick it up. Would buy from seller again.
