Great for core strengthening!
My husband and I play golf and it really helps with our swing. It's also a lot of fun to use! Highly recommended!

I also hope that those in my life will more easily understand who I truly am and that what I deal with isn't a disability, impairment or birth defect. I hope they'll understand that I'm more than capable of living a happy and healthy life with bipolar disorder because it's who I have always been and it's who they have always loved.
