OK - BUT...
OK - BUT...
Fine if you just want an extension for mic & phones. But if your headset has a PTT button it will not work as this line is not connected.
I actually bought this because I needed the 0.21" mic jack for a radio interface (OK - I'm an engineer). Dismantling it was a bit of a bugger because the jacks are over-molded. It uses a complex multi-core cable but only connects mic, phones & ground (but not the PTT line on the mic jack) - and one line was poorly soldered, pretty much a dry joint. Might have lasted years, might have failed anytime.
I've rated it as "good value" and "good quality" based on someone who doesn't need the PTT and ignoring the dry joint which you wouldn't know about without taking it to bits...
So, OK - but...

Did the job and good price BUT the bolts...
Did the job and good price BUT the bolts supplied had insufficient thread engagement into the nylocs when using the washers supplied (fitting to C3 Pluriel). Not using the washers gave just sufficient (and passed MoT).
Top tips: fit the three bolts before engaging the hub assy onto the peg. Also be VERY careful about pulling the drive shaft out too far or gear oil comes out. Put a container under the gearbox to catch oil in case this happens, then you at least know how much to put back in (there is no level hole on some gearboxes).
