  Ordered a “brand new” Mercedes 230SL scale model as a gift, received it with scuff marks and a peeling rear sticker. Seller blamed me for trying to fix it and fake offered a partial refund, saying, “I don’t even need to do that.” Refund never happened and seller stopped responding. Misleading listing, zero accountability, and terrible service. Do not advertise items as new if they’re clearly not.

  Item was well past return window for an international order. Offered a partial refund after the return window even though seller admitted to tampering with the item and altering the item, which I am not required to do. I will gladly do a full refund within the allotted return window if returned in the condition it was shipped to the buyer.

  My item came well packaged, pristine and picture perfect! It arrived late but that is because USPS got slammed by unseasonably bad weather. Box was as pictured and was worth every penny!
