Could have been a great vacuum!
Works but scrapes & tears carpet fibers out because it arrived defective and the screws that hold the bottom plate of the brush attachment arrived broken, so as it glides over the carpet pile the hose drops down and catches on the fibers(pile) it is supposed to automatically adjust from floor to floor type and it would if these white screws(supposed to lock and unlock with the head of a quarter) we're not broken! I have no way to keep the bottom plate that covers the brush from falling down so it only works on hard floors at the moment! Emailed company I bought it refurbished from and am getting no response or resolution! Also did not have a tool holder included so 3 tools have to be stored in a closet not on the device, like every other vacuum company includes!Out 120$ with a half assed broken vacuum, I could have spent 40$ more an had a "brand new complete" product from Walmart in stock! Learned my lesson no more refurbished purchases!

Real product I used in past!
Smells just like I remember from 25 years ago when I used this shampoo last! This is travel size TSA approved, which is the main reason I ordered this size specific! Also I haven't bought this brand in over 25 years & after reading some people's review slashing this brand and comments saying it wasn't real..... I beg to differ, I will be ordering the 33.oz bottle soon because it is real! People should know what they are talking about before reviewing products, because I've noticed many just want to spread drama and get freebies! Paul Mitchell Awapuwi shampoo is just like I remember, I use it daily! Hope this helps;)
