Clear Tatting shuttles are great.
I purchased both the large & small sizes of these shuttles. They are a good size and feel. A little slick at first. I did have to add a drop of glue where the posts snap together. I was aware of this issue from previous buyers. The shuttles work well and also let you see your thread color & how much thread you have left. I would recommend these, just remember to glue the two halves together and lit dry before you start your project

Perfect Tatting reference book!!
I've tatted for several years and over the years I'd heard this book referred to as "the tatter's Bible.". I finally ordered a copy to see why everyone loves this book. I wish I'd ordered it sooner! The book has wonderful graphics, well written descriptions & sections on EVERYTHING. I was pleasantly surprised to see a section of patterns in the back of the book. I may have to get kire to give away for Christmas this year.
