Great mouthpiece!
Very free blowing, great sounding mouthpiece! For the price, you can not go wrong! It has nice warm sound, that can be bright if you need it to be. By far my favorite alto mouthpiece so far!

It is a good horn, with some patience.
I bought this horn as a backup sax for traveling. Something I can throw in the trunk of my car, and go somewhere.
The horn was a nightmare when it arrived. Bent keys, bell, and could barely play a scale. The pad saver was also shoved down into the horn, requring needle nose pliers to remove it.
I almost shipped it back, but instead took it to my instrument repairman. $130 later, the horn plays well. It is not as durable as my vintage saxophones, but it will do the trick.
After repair, the key action is good, and it has a rather brighter tone thoughout it's ranges. Intonation on this horn takes some getting used to, as higher octaves can get away from you, as it does run a little on the sharp end of things.
I was not happy with how the condition the sax arrived in. But after some TLC, am happy with how it plays. Even after the costs of repair, it is still cheaper then most new and used horns.
I would recommend this sax to those who are beginners, that do not want to invest a lot of money. I would also mention, if you are buying this for a kid, to make sure they know to be gentle with it. This saxophone does not appear to be able to take a beating like a student Bundy or Yamaha. But, will do the trick in teaching them how to play.
Cons: Arrived in non-playable condition. Cheaply made. Intonation can take getting used to. Can not take a beating. Clumsy folks have been warned.
Pros: After the TLC, fully functional with good key action. Brighter sound, projects well. Good starter horn, or for someone who wants something to practice on as a backup horn.
