Fit perfect
Engine cover buffer was a perfect fit and at decent price. Keeps engine cover snug over the engine. Fit W212 for the OM642 engine.

Great value for simple part
This part was exactly what I needed. The wire is firm and holds the pins to the calipers very well. My original ones felt flimsy by comparison. In fact, one of the original wires popped off and caused a slight metal clanking noise whenever I went over bumps. Took a few days for me to realize it was this little wire. I think it applies enough pressure or resistance on the pins to keep the brake pads from moving around on the pins...or the pins moving around on the pads... either way, no more noise.
