E.T. lunchbox is perfect
This lunchbox initially attracts the eye with its bright yellow trim. All six sides have artwork on them, showing the precious, iconic scenes that will make you go awww, remembering the fantastic moments of this perfect movie. Perhaps my favorite picture is on the bottom, showing Gertie kissing E.T. on his forehead. The boys all biking is on one of the main sides, which is what I display. The thermos inside also has some cool artwork on it, though it's not a game changer, but adds to its awesomeness. I have never collected lunchboxes before but I've passed by this one at various toy shows, wowed but never happy with the condition I would find them in. This is one of the gems in my 25+ years of collecting. If you can find this in good condition, it will cheer you up when you're down, it will remind you of Spielbergs most personal work, and if you're nuts for E.T. like I am, you will hear John Williams' soundtrack in your head as you see each iconic moment painted on this metal masterpiece. I love it and recommend to ALL E.T. collectors.
