Tear Soup-How big of a pot do you need for your tears this time?
I regularly gift this to friends and family whom experience a significant loss, and I always have two copies in my therapy office to use with clients and clinical supervisees to that word gets spread. Its recipe on the inside cover is really wonderful. My favorite page is the one with the different sized pots that are labeled to describe the magnitude of the loss. And the "cookbooks" on divorce, moving, a pet's death, etc. It just hits the mark in so many ways. You read it once and you've got the language. I continue to purchase used copies due to this as they tend to find their way back into the river of grief books once used.
