Effective Prayer Life by Chuck Smith

Easy read

This little book is great; I’m so glad I bought it because I needed help with my prayers, and Pastor Smith guides you from understanding the kinds of prayers, their purpose, and the history of Jesus and prayer. It’s very educative, and inspiring. The only thing that I don’t like is that, at the time, Pastor Chuck Smith, used a KJV Bible, and it’s difficult to understand that old English on the verses he shares; however, I just pull up my Pastor Chuck Smith NKJV “Word for Today” Bible, or use the “Bible Study Tools” app on NKJV, to read the verses -problem solved. I recommend this gem to everyone that wants to make their prayers more purposeful.
