Excellent!
Its nice to know I'm not alone, and great to have a book that i can use time and time again to help me have a life! Since been diagnosed 9yrs ago, i had very little information to help me function with this allergy. Strongly recommend for sufferers and their families. I would love to see Doctor's also recommending this book when they diagnose, as it would (& does) help the patient understand and keep well aa can be.

In the new world of home working...
Really helps; not just keeping laptops cool but raising the keyboard to help with body structure and raising the screen prevents neck and back ache as you sit better.
