Great figure, bad lighting design
This is a great looking figure. He is properly scaled to tower over the Avengers figures (except Hulk). The display stand is very sturdy and lights up with an easily accessed switch.
Unfortunately the figure's lights are a different matter. There are 4 removable panels behind witch are 4 hard to load button battery compartments behind micro screw held covers.
Once you load up the button batteries (careful not to lose them) and get the screws back in (again, careful not to lose) there is a micro switch to turn the light on and off. This switch is under the removable panel. So each time you want to turn on are off the lights you need to remove the 4 panels (2 of which are under his arm pit, so you lose any pose you had) change the switch and put the panels back on. Then return him to his stand and repose him.
I appreciate that hot toys wanted him screen accurate, and so the switches are hidden, BUT there had to be a way to consolidate the switches and battery compartments to one set of batteries and one switch (perhaps not behind a panel).

Mediocre fan service game.
There are 2 levels a game like this should work on. The game itself and the fan service.
In spite of basic ps2 graphics (more in the fan service section) the game feels like a poor early PS1 games. The AI does not gradually adjust fight to fight. The first 2 fights are stupid easy, then it goes to hard on the 3rd fight and stays there til the last fight which is very hard. You cannot maneuver when blocking. And the character balance is poorly executed.
Except for a few special moves, all characters pretty much box the same way.
As for fan service, the game also disappoints. There is no opening movie, no ring walk movies, no variety in the victory celebration. Not even a special end movie when you win (it just show a long range replay of one of your fights). Each character has 3 outfits. It seems you start with one and unlock 1 each time you win tournament mode with the character. I've unlocked 1 extra character, and it looks like there are slots for unlocking 2 more.
A view mode adds a little, but even this has extreme limitation.
Here you select a character and one of her unlocked costumes. There is a zoom and tilt , but no pan. A pose option makes the character go through 1 of 4 presets ending which a phrase. From the 2 English speaking characters the phrases seem to be taunts, but I haven't seen any taunting in the game.
The game does have a good amount of characters, but for good fan service games go with DOA Xtereme (or2) or Rumble Roses (or XX).
