I enquired about the postage and delivery to the UK and I got an instant reply and everything confirmed and I’m in soon as I buy the communication was impossible, it taken a month to get a justifiable reason, I understood so I allow more time, and more time did pass and nothing still, so I message a final response and I get a reply from Preston’s sister giving more excuses. I can’t type any more but if I could I’d right pages on this account, do not buy here. Still no woody head!

I don’t know if Preston is just overwhelmed or what but there’s no excuse for this to take a month to ship. That’s not even mentioning the lack of communication on their part. I’m sorry but I’m afraid that leaving a bad review is the only way to get some attention.
