Works great for shorter ranges
Remote works well with and was easy to program to intellicode system. Range is not quite that of remotes using A23 batteries, but works well in close range (driveway vs a few houses away).

Works well and fits perfect. Low profile is also good, just thought it a little expensive.

Perfect Replacement
Part had a different actuator than original, however all parts and extremely clear instructions were included. Part appeared in near-new condition with noticeable wear. Definitely more than expected from the purchase of a used part on eBay.
