  Poor package, LPs arrived A LITTLE damaged, just by luck, only a little! But seller promptly apologised and offered FULL refund, happy with his ehaviour, and with the records, no worries. Thank you.

  This is the first time since 1999 that anyone has ever claimed I sent LPs in a "poor package." I have always had 100% positive feedback. The buyer wrote me and asked me to knock off some of the total. I then told him to ship back the records and I would offer a full refund. The buyer declined. I do appreciate the buyer giving positive feedback, but I wanted to clarify that I have always spent money on pro mailers/cardboard pads, etc. I often pay extra to ship faster, too. Just saying.
