Pairs well with a GTX 1070 even without "official overclocking" due to chipset on MB
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich Using Intel Xtreme Tuning Utility, I was able to get this CPU running at 3.9 GHz all cores even though I have a C602 chipset which doesn't support overclocking. I hear of people getting 4.1-4.2 GHz with X79 motherboards

Best price/performance for AM2 (not AM2+) system
This was a great way to breathe new life into a Dell Dimension E521 that we use at work. Unfortunately, the E521's don't support AM2+ CPUs

Incredible Value!!!
I purchased this processor to replace a Celeron 900 running in a Compaq CQ60. It's amazing how inexpensive Core 2 Duo mobile processors have become and it's tempting for me to purchase other Core 2 generation Celeron laptops that are upgradable to Core 2 Duo
