Works great
Used it in my Crocodile Lego loco. Works great.

Received non-working. Had to modify it to function properly.
It arrived in a non working condition. The timing drive belt for the man was broken and crumbling and the other belt was stretched out and would not drive the schedule board. I have ordered these in the past from other sources and the same thing happens. They have not been made in years and the belts dry out and crumble even just sitting on the shelf. The vendor gave me a discount on the product for the issues. I modified the unit by changing out and modifing a 3.5" ID x .125" diameter material O-ring to drive the man. A small .046" hole has to be drilIed into the O-ring to accomodate the drive pin. Ordered different size o rings for the message board and found one that would drive the mechanism. The size I used for that was 14.5mm ID and 1.5mm diameter material.
