OK product . Lousy support.
The product is good but the assembly was difficult. There is absolutely ZERO support other than reference to a Youtube video which was completely unhelpful. I reached out to the manufacturer but they could not provide me with a link to either written instructions or any other video than the one provided. I'd really recommend buying from a different manufacturer. There are other providers of similar ipad protective case products.I'd seriously suggest trying one of them before ever buying anything from Supcase.

1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I purchased 24. Only 16 worked at all. Of the 16 that worked, 3 were are barely visible in a completely darkened room. Of the remaining 13 that functioned normally, 1 has completely burned out after less that 1 hour of use.
Also they look NOTHING like what is pictured. What's pictured has wavy edges and this item is just flat edged and cheap looking.

NOT recommended!!
Incredibly cheap looking. Glass is not frosted like others I've purchased before. Consequently what you see are illuminated filaments that look nothing like a flickering flame. Even from a distance they appear completely artificial. I can't use this in any application where the candle is visible. Perhaps useful in a Jack o'lantern where the candle is out of direct view but certainly inappropriate for any other purpose. NOT recommended product!
