Ideal for my TV needs
I run a Raspberry Pi with OpenElec for viewing recordings on a MythTv server, have another box for other online media, but only put in one Ethernet cable to the TV.
Now, with a dual USB lead from the TV to the RPi, and this switch powered from the RPi USB, I can use both without messing about - and only the second box needs a separate power supply.
This seems a little overpriced for what it is, but I figure they made sure the switch is rated to you less than 500mA, and so I don't waste time researching other switches or lead polarities.
So, thanks to supplier for a great bundle.

Almost perfect
Had to switch car due to failure, realised replacement had such integrated radio/climate/trip/MPG etc, there was no way to swap radio for one with USB/SD MP3. This is great function filler.
The power bit is too slippy to stay (Seems to be a Nissan issue) so I use a splitter, then the remote saves messing about with it.
The radio transmit is powerful enough that I get audio quality far better than expected, or experienced with similar product (3.5mm jack TX), and it handled the 32Gb SD card from my old car's radio unit just fine.
The remote is a little odd layout (track/directory skip buttons not adjacent), but I quickly got used to it and stopped caring. It has volume too - handy, because the signal was too strong for the radio in my wife's Golf.
It remembers the volume and the last track to be played. Not the position though. Minor issue, but I do have a few 1-2 hour DJ session MP3s I'd like to hear over some short journeys.
There's a Bluetooth phone feature too, but I've not tried it out yet.
Would I buy another? Damn right I would. This seems the most full featured in the bunch of similar units, and if the quality was compromised to compete on price, if the unit failed in 6-9 months say, I wouldn't hesitate to get another... if there was a follow up premium version that fixed the few niggles and offered reliability (and so less land fill...) for a bit more cash, I'd pay for that. If I could remember the brand (hmmm, was there one?) that is!
Hope this helps whoever may stumble into it feel confident to buy one. I tend not to write reviews, but this effort is a kind of extra payment in kind for what is my bargain purchase of the year really.
All it needs now is to Bluetooth pair to a separate display unit for the directory/track titles to stick on the dash board, and to a remote for play/pause and track/directory skip that straps to the steering wheel (these exist for Android phone playback, but I didn't want to strap my phone into the radio TX I got before, can't be bothered with it), in case the manufacturer reads reviews and wants more ideas...
OK, stopped caring, done now.

Very good replacement
I was pleased to not have any alignment issues with the mount holes, as some offerings suffer. I applied my own grease to the pole, reassembled, installed, and have now had a couple months of perfect performance.
