Handy little gadget

Great entertainment, wonderful story
Anyone who loves the story of The Lord of the Rings will love this extended film version yes I know some of the characters from the book have been left out but as a film people who have not read the book maybe encouraged to do so. The extended version explains things that the cinema film did not so the extra footage enhances the film. Each film is over 2 DVDs which is good as they are a long haul so with the break you can make yourself a cup of tea ! The clarity and sharpness of the picture and the sound quality on each DVD is very good. Each set came with 2 DVDs of information on the making of the films, which I didn't know but haven't played yet.
