Does what it's meant to, costs not very much

Yep, this does what it's meant to and drives LED strips very well. Has been on a theatrical tour for a few years and is doing its job very well.

Decent ear piece/PTT shell

Basic but well worth its price. Given these are often lost/trashed/nicked- I’d rather buy lots of these than worry about a few branded ones. Sound ok, mic clear enough. Hurt your ears like every other shell does after a few hours. All good.

Well built, does what it's meant to

Does what it's designed to do. I'm cautious of cheap adapters used on mains voltages but after giving it a once over, I was happy that it was built well enough to use at home. Lamp sits nice and straight; no signs of heat or stress after a few months' use.
