Excellent learning guide to making candles
I've been buying lots and lots of candles for my cabin that is off-grid. I decided I'd save a little cash by purchasing information so I could make them myself. I bought "Making Hand-Dipped Candles" by Betty Oppenheimer after looking at several other instruction books. One can be a total beginner (and none too experienced)to use this book to make pretty decent candles. I appreciate the simplicity and "beginner friendly" manner in which the book is written. There is nothing I didn't like about the book. I can now make candles myself, save a little money doing it and have something to teach my granddaughters to boot!

I knew the flat bed Ford would I purchased would need some work and I'm getting on that now. Nevertheless, the truck is wonderful and will be even more so when I do a few things to it. I'm so happy I bought it.
