Lovely item, typical of Jim Shore quality
Like all Jim Shore items, this is a very well-made, highly detailed, beautiful product. The finishing is not shoddy or half-baked like a lot of products made overseas.

Perfect small-ish gift
I have a fairly decent collection of Jim Shore figurines, and I purchased this as a gift for a friend. It's of excellent quality, but not so big as to make my friend feel that they need to reciprocate. If it's not clear from the description, this is a two-piece set; you can put Santa on the stage in front of the tree, or set him nearby. Definitely recommend!
