  Item wasn't as described so I messaged the seller to ask why it wasn't as described, I received a blunt and somewhat aggressive message back saying they were in the pack. The packaging is clear and I could see they weren't in there but I asked the seller to point me in the direction of where I could find them only to receive a refund instead of a reply? This was about 2 weeks ago and I've just received more aggressive messages telling me to hurry up and being rude but no communication prior??
