Versatile, sturdy burger press with easy clean-up.
This is a sturdy burger press. The removable bottom allows you to easily slide the meat out of the collar and off of the bottom plate. The collar is tall so you can make some seriously fat burgers, or use a little bit of meat and make thin ones that will cook up really fast. It does have a lot of parts, which is slightly annoying, but you can simplify it by tossing the sliders base and ring in the back of a cabinet if you don't plan to do mini burgers. Since it comes apart, there aren't lots of nooks and crannies that are hard to clean on some burger presses. This one's easy to wash.
