The older the better
I used to LOVE this keyboard. I still find it better than most... but in the old days the kwys felt like silk. It was a tactile PLEASURE to type on. Now the keys of the newer models don't have that same silky feel. They are a little clickity clackity, compared to the elegant, substantial feel of the original units. What a shame, as the backlighting and sleek design of the board, itself, is quite good.

Not anything like I expected, or needed.
This unit is made so beautifully, and plays well with professionally recorded dvds.
However, i purchased it to be able to get music that i record on dvd's into my car.
It will not do that... it skips all over the place with Dvd's that i make, that play in about 7 different players in my house. Really disappointing, as it is quite a beautiful little machine, and looks a lot like my Toshiba Satellite laptop.

Best phone out there for the money

Sound quality, reception and reliability were my biggest concerns when choosing a phone, so I researched almost every model out there before buying.
This was one of the very few models, at any price, that got good reviews across the board from professional reviewers and actual users, so I bought two on Ebay for my husband and myself, at exceptionally good prices. They arrived flawless and worked perfectly.
This phone is not "too" big for the style of phone that it is, but the screen is nice and large and easy to read... the sound is quite good... it keeps a charge for a very reasonable amount of time, and the reception is great.
If you are not in the market for all the bells and whistles and you want a basic phone that sounds clear to both sender and receiver, one that makes calls in the middle of buildings without having to go outside most times...that text messages nicely and receives messages from message programs like yahoo messenger, etc... then give this one a chance.
I was very satisfied... until I decided that I wanted a phone that could be a radio too for roller blading and biking, on those days I just take my keys and phone with me.
So it was back to the drawing board on reviews, and I ended up getting the Nokia 6101 for hubby and me, which is also an excellent phone, and we gave our 6010's to my parents.
The 6010 is such a good phone and deal, that I also bought more for my in-laws, and neighbors for special occasions.
So far, so good, and they are all still working.
Which in not the case with many of the other phones out there at any price point, from what I read.
Matter of fact I dropped mine several times and it kept on ticking.
