Great value great movie

The Best Workout Ever!
I am a devoted Gazzell user. In the past 5 months I have dropped almost 40 pounds and I lost 6 inches off of my waist. I am type 2 diabetic my A1C was 20.8 in February it ia now 5.9. I am on medication on I eat low carb and low sugar but my workouts have been critical to my overall success. I run 40 minutes 6 days a week. I feel better than I have in many years. The Gazzell gives me a complete workout in 40 minutes. I hate going to the gym this allows me to workout at home and then I can start my day. I know people who go to the gym for hours, I just don't have the time for that. I love my morning workouts and once I'm dome I'm ready for the day. The results have been amazing literally from my face down. People have been amazed at my weight loss and my appearance. Ilove my Gazzelle
