Good idea, bad execution
I bought this plug to connect a trickle charger (0.75 amps) to a riding lawnmower. The contacts for connecting to wiring on the mounted socket didn't allow a good bond and solder barely adhered to the plating.
The threaded collar was very difficult to line up with the threads on the socket. After messing with it for at least two minutes, I finally got the threads to line up without cross-threading.
If you're looking for a cheap connection that won't me used too many times, this might work. However, if you can afford a better connection, I suggest looking elsewhere.
