  Item arrived intact, as described, well packed, quick delivery. However, didn't mention Windows 10 on it not activated, also poor communications - i.e. only reply when it suits them. Not confident I could count on them if there had been a problem.

  Good price fully working order windows 11 installed on it bo cracks on the screen and just a one mars on the laptop but i don't mind the main thing is it works thank you sajja.hassa for the wonderful experience from buying form you it's good the mouse pad and not to mention everything is working fine but only one thing better if you included the charger but overall it is the best thing I've purchased from eBay thank you from Daniel
