Should be next to your Bible!
This book is full of insight and helpful information. Helps to understand the customs, traditions, laws, and tells us a little more about about the people in the Bible. Go deeper into The Word ; a great asset for any Bible Study!

A “must read” for anyone struggling with food!
This book described me to a “T”! So many good points, little nuggets to remind me why I wasn’t successful in the past… if you struggle with food addiction, overeating etc. keep this book handy.
