  I won an item at auction that was incorrectly cancelled by seller. The seller stated that during shipping prep, the order was cancelled after the seller ‘put the phone onto my pocket while driving’. eBay mentioned the seller could repost the item for me, but after asking the seller to help for over a month, the seller has not responded to any messages. The seller cancelled the item for the wrong reason, and then did nothing to fix the situation. An incredibly frustrating/disappointing experience
