It sounds too good to be true, but it works!
After 20 years of trying to quit, I got to the end of this book and have had no desire to ever drink again. Immediately after I finished reading it! It's been one week so far and I haven't had ANY cravings or desire to drink like I did when I tried to quit with will power. He explains why willpower seldom if ever works. Like I said, I thought it was too good to be true but took a chance and I'm SO GLAD I did. Because of how Allan Carr lays everything out, the thought of drinking alcohol now disgusts me. Understand, I loved it and drank daily. But I couldn't control it. If you think you have a problem, or if you've tried to quit and can't (like me), I beg you to try this method.
