Almost great
The book has great history, however, it was not put together well. The proofreading was poorly done, with many typos and repeated words. There are phrases that have no follow up at all! Very frustrating to follow. Too much empty space all over the book, seems like they just wanted a BIG book instead of a clean concise well edited copy.
This book was obviously done "on the cheap" with poor printing all over the place.
The only reason I recommend the book is that I can't find one like it anywhere else. My apologies to the contributors of this book such as Mr Flint Carter. My review has more to do with the publishing than anything else. I think this could be an absolutely great book with some good illustrations and more photos. My work experience has been as an illustrator and multimedia professional. Not trying to offend, just being honest.
